While inflation data remained high, it decreased
only slightly. Financial market traders interpreted this decrease in the
inflation rate. However, in reality, inflation remains far from the Fed's
target.
Therefore, the Fed is likely to await further data in the coming months
before deciding whether to cut interest rates in the future.
